Kumamoto essay

I introduce Kumamoto specialty foods. First, I introduce sliced raw horse. It is the most famous Kumamoto specialty food. Most of other prefecture people eat it when they visit Kumamoto. We can eat it many restaurant.

Next, I recommend Kumamoto's favorite sake. The name is "Reizan". Aso makes it. My friend's family makes it and it is popular in Kumamoto. We can buy it convenience store in Kumamoto.

Next, I introduce "Hitomoji guruguru". It is rolled scallion. We eat it with vinegar in the miso. It is not famous other prefecture and I don't know where we can eat it. My grandmother cooks it. Maybe, many Kumamoto's old people cook it.

Next, I introduce "Karashi Renkon". It is mustard in the lotus root. It is famous in other prefecture. "Karashi Reankon" and sake go well together. It is hot so some people dislike it. We can buy it gift shop.

Last, I introduce "Sakura croquette". It is horsemeat in the croquette. It is not famous nation wide. But many people like it. We can buy it butcher in Aso. The butcher's name is "Nikuno Miyabe". The manager's daughter is my friend. I have never eaten it so I want to it soon.

I introduce some Kumamoto specialty food. I thought Kumamoto's specialty food is unique.
I love Kumamoto so I hope Kumamoto specialty foods will be more famous.

I like movie especially I like Kitano Takeshi’s movie. He is famous and popular. My most favorite movie is “HANABI”. I recommend it.
Next, My favorite actor is Yosuke Kubozuka. He appeared some movie and drama.

The story is young boys rivalry. I like this book and drama.

I introduce Kitano Takeshi's book again. I like him and I respect him. The book's name is "Kikuziro to Saki". Kikuziro is his father and Saki is his mother. He write his parents and his childhood. I can feel Kitano Takeshi loves mother very match.

The book's name is "Ha-remuno atsuihibi Black is beautiful". The author is Ruiko Yoshida. The author visit many country and she met many black people. She faced black people's situation and she write about it. It is very interesting and recommend. Please read it.

Last, I introduce Kumamoto's especially food is "Sakurakorokke". It is horce meat in the croquette. It is not famous in nation wide but reputation is good. It is sold by "Nikunno Miyabe".
The shop is butcher and the butcher's daughter is my friend. I have never eaten it so I want to eat it.

It is hot and karasirenkon and sake go well together. Many chidren dislike it but many adults like it. I like it. We can eat it many shop and restaurant in Kumamoto.
