Kumamoto essay

I introduce Kumamoto specialty foods. First, I introduce sliced raw horse. It is the most famous Kumamoto specialty food. Most of other prefecture people eat it when they visit Kumamoto. We can eat it many restaurant.

Next, I recommend Kumamoto's favorite sake. The name is "Reizan". Aso makes it. My friend's family makes it and it is popular in Kumamoto. We can buy it convenience store in Kumamoto.

Next, I introduce "Hitomoji guruguru". It is rolled scallion. We eat it with vinegar in the miso. It is not famous other prefecture and I don't know where we can eat it. My grandmother cooks it. Maybe, many Kumamoto's old people cook it.

Next, I introduce "Karashi Renkon". It is mustard in the lotus root. It is famous in other prefecture. "Karashi Reankon" and sake go well together. It is hot so some people dislike it. We can buy it gift shop.

Last, I introduce "Sakura croquette". It is horsemeat in the croquette. It is not famous nation wide. But many people like it. We can buy it butcher in Aso. The butcher's name is "Nikuno Miyabe". The manager's daughter is my friend. I have never eaten it so I want to it soon.

I introduce some Kumamoto specialty food. I thought Kumamoto's specialty food is unique.
I love Kumamoto so I hope Kumamoto specialty foods will be more famous.
